These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and bk33c ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the bk33c website at bk33c.app, including all associated services, games, betting markets, payment facilities, and promotional offers made available through the platform.

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity) and must be acting on your own behalf, not as an agent or representative of a third party.

• You must register using accurate, complete, and current personal information. Providing false information at registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

bk33c will carry out identity and age verification checks as required. Players who are found to be ineligible after account creation will have their accounts closed immediately, and any pending withdrawals or balances will be handled in accordance with applicable responsible gaming procedures.

Each player is permitted to hold one active bk33c account only. Opening or attempting to open multiple accounts — including accounts in a different name, a different mobile number, or through a different device — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, bk33c reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any balances or winnings accrued across those accounts.

You are responsible for the security of your bk33c account at all times. This includes maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials — your registered phone number and password — and ensuring that no third party has access to your account. bk33c will not be liable for losses or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate security precautions.

• You must notify bk33c immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party or if your login credentials have been compromised.
• You must not share your bk33c account with any other person, including family members or friends. All bets, transactions, and activity conducted through your account are your sole responsibility.
• bk33c reserves the right to close or suspend any account at any time without prior notice if it determines, at its sole discretion, that these Terms have been breached or that continued use of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.
• You may request account closure at any time by contacting bk33c customer support. Where a self-exclusion is requested, the request will be processed promptly and cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period chosen.

Account balances remaining at the point of voluntary closure will be returned to the player's nominated withdrawal method, subject to any outstanding wagering requirements attached to bonus funds. Accounts closed due to Terms violations forfeit any remaining balance.

All financial transactions on the bk33c platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bk33c supports a range of local payment methods for the convenience of Bangladesh-based players, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.

The minimum deposit amount at bk33c is ৳100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may apply and will be communicated within the cashier section of your account. bk33c does not impose platform-side fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, which are outside bk33c's control.

• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. bk33c does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Depositing on behalf of another player is prohibited.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for deposit where possible. bk33c may request identity verification before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals above a certain threshold.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 24 hours from the time of request, subject to verification checks. bk33c aims to complete most withdrawals to bKash and Nagad on the same business day.
• bk33c reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, a breach of these Terms, or a pending investigation into the account in question.

Any deposits that remain inactive (no bets placed, no withdrawals made) for a continuous period of 12 months may be subject to an inactivity fee or account closure, subject to advance notice being provided to the registered account email address or phone number.

The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless the specific promotional terms state otherwise. Players should read the individual bonus terms carefully before opting in to any promotion.

• Bonuses are intended for personal use by the account holder only. Using a bonus to place bets on behalf of a third party, or in coordination with another player to guarantee winnings regardless of outcome, constitutes bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

• bk33c reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already in use by a player at the time of amendment will continue to be governed by the terms applicable when the bonus was claimed.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bk33c platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals, and may be referred to relevant authorities where applicable.

  Fraud and Money Laundering
  Using the bk33c platform to launder money, conduct fraudulent transactions, use stolen payment credentials, or otherwise engage in financial crime is strictly prohibited and will be reported to relevant law enforcement authorities.
• 6.2
  Technical Exploitation
  Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or platform errors to gain a financial or gameplay advantage is prohibited. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a technical error will be voided and the account closed. Players who identify a bug or error are requested to report it to bk33c support immediately.
• 6.3
  Collusion and Match Fixing
  Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, or placing bets on sporting events where you have inside knowledge of the outcome (including any involvement in match fixing), is strictly prohibited. bk33c cooperates with sports integrity bodies and may share relevant information where match fixing is suspected.
• 6.4
  Automated Systems and Bots

All content on the bk33c platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, text, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, and the bk33c brand name and keyword — is the property of bk33c or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the bk33c platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, modify, publicly display, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content on the bk33c platform without prior written consent from bk33c. Unauthorised use of bk33c intellectual property may result in account closure and legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bk33c and its officers, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the bk33c platform, even if bk33c has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Without limiting the generality of the above, bk33c accepts no liability for any of the following:

• Interruptions to the bk33c service arising from scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, network outages, third-party provider failures, or events outside bk33c's reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, or telecommunications failures.
• Losses arising from a player's own failure to maintain account security, including losses resulting from a player sharing login credentials with a third party or failing to log out of a shared device.
• Any gambling losses incurred through normal use of the bk33c platform. All bets and wagers are placed at the player's own risk. The outcome of games and sporting events is determined by certified RNG systems and live event results respectively, and bk33c does not guarantee any particular outcome or return.
